Terms and Conditions:
We are a friendly and helpful business and try our hardest to please the customer and the Horse!
We have a arena and great Facilities so why not bring your horse or pony to test ride some saddles.
We will part exchange or buy in your old saddles and we try our best to give you a good price.
Saddle fitting available either on our Premises or at yours prices for fitting £55.00. Fitting appointments can be either booked through us or directly through Claire payment to be made on the day of Fitting.
We offer a 7day trial return on our saddles.
We Accept debit/credit cards over the phone or through paypal or bank transfer.
Terms and conditions of buying from Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange:
We take 20% commission on sales of clients Saddles
Only one saddle shall be out on trial at a time.
Full payment to be made on the saddle plus posting costs before the saddle leaves the premises (postage £22.50 via Parcelforce 24-48hr delivery times depending on time of purchase).
The 7day trial starts the day of your delivery. Postage costs of £22.50 will be deducted from the refund if the saddle is returned back to us.
If no contact is made within the 7days the saddle is marked as sold. Please contact us as soon as you can to inform us that you are returning the saddle . Late Returns are charged at £25.00 per day.
Return postage costs shall be covered by the buyers. We advise Parcelforce/dpd for a secure delivery. Please make sure you send it with tracking and a signature request and insurance of the value of the saddle. Refunds will be completed once the saddle has be signed for by us. We hold no responsibility for saddles lost in delivery returned from buyers. No refunds will be made for the saddle if it is lost or damaged in transit and is not returned to us.
Saddles must be returned in the condition they were sent.
All saddles shall be correctly packed in secure boxes with appropriate packaging. Please keep the box safe while your saddle is on the 7day trial. A return address slip will be included in the box.
When forwarding/sending us details of your saddle for part exchange please make sure you describe everything accurately so the correct price can be given. If possible please provide photographs.
Saddle Fitting Terms and Conditions:
The travel and assessment fee is applicable on all visits unless otherwise stated by Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange LTD. The fee covers Travel to you the customer and consultation for one horse. Additional horses at the same location will be charged in addition.
New Saddles , all goods and repairs received from Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd must be paid in full at time of delivery or collection, Unless previously agreed with Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd.
Cheshire- Saddle- Exchange Ltd reserve all title goods until paid in full.
All saddles sold subject to a full refund within 7 Days from the date of purchase or delivery date if being posted. Full refunds of the purchase price will be issued , less any travel and assessments. Provided the saddles are in new un-soiled condition and as delivered to the customer . For saddles that have been ridden on during the period at least 10% may be deducted from the original purchase price commensurate with use and at the discretion of Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd.
Up to one month from the date of purchase of a saddle fitted by Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd, should any saddle issues occur a free assessment is available.
After one month from purchase any alterations required are not included within the orignal sale price and will be charged at our standard rates. This includes assessment and travel, flocking and head plate changes.
Special order saddles and non-returnable and not-refundable . A deposit may be taken at time of order and this is non-refundable if you cancel your order . Cancellations of orders must be received in writing or by electronic mail to just saddles within the 14days of placing your orders . This will be issued less any expenses incurred at the same time of order. Full payment must be made at time of delivery of any dissatisfaction or damage to orders within 7 days of discovery of the issue.
Faulty items may be returned to us for inspection and if required will be returned to the manufacturers . Please allow 28days for replacement goods. Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd must be informed of any dissatisfaction or damage to orders within 7 days of delivery.
Your Saddle will need to be checked regularly for fit and balance as explained by our saddle fitter at the time of purchase . It is your responsibility to contact us to arrange this . We recommend a check 6 months after purchasing a new saddle , and all saddles should be checked as a minimum every 12mths . Should you believe you have saddle related issue please contact Cheshire-Saddle-Exchange Ltd Immediately.
Overseas Buyers: unfortunately we will not be able to offer the 7day trial due to higher postage costs. If you are thinking of buying a saddle from us please get in touch so I can give you he correct posting costs. Only bank transfers/Western Union payment accepted (not paypal)
